We love this Quesada location! After having some negative experiences with the Cottonwood mall location, the kindness of the... staff here is a welcome breath of fresh air. Food that we did receive for order which was the nachos was absolutely disgusting and I guess it was close to closing time so... they were too lazy to make my fiancé's 30 dollar burrito he didn't eat all day so that was great and then by the time we gotskip credits to reorder they closed. First off I should say I go here at least once a week or once every couple weeks even though my review is so low. The... positive: The food tastes amazing. The owner is always friendly when serving and always gives an appropriate amount of meat andtoppings when making food. The sauces are the bomb and they have an app that has an occasional deal worth getting. The negative: but heaven for bid you get one of the young girls working there. They will put the tiniest amount of meat on a 17$ burrito youhave ever seen. And everytime I go in it seems to be less and less. When I first started coming here last year it was roughly3-4 full scoops of meat into the BigAss burrito. Now you are lucky if you get 1.5 with one of these girls working. They alwayslook so miserable and I have never once seen them smile. Not that they are required too, but then they have the audacity to havetipping prompt at the end of their lackluster service and scimming of toppings. Like really? You want me to add another fewdollars on this overpriced burrito that you slapped together sloppily in 30 seconds? For the amount you are paying for the foodit's not worth the miniscule scraps they are giving you. It's only worth getting it if the owner is the one to serve you.Honestly if you see it's one of the girls working there then just walk out or ask for an appropriate amount of meat...but thenthey will just likely charge your for extra meat ???? I'd be giving it 5/5 if they hired different workers or have the currentones not be so stingy on the toppings, but I am pretty sure they are just hired family members so I doubt things will change. Ordered their holiday feast for 2 through skip, was not disappointed. Really tasty and fresh burrito, salsa and chips were... devine and churro was the perfect end to an excellent meal.
