I absolutely love Sara Bella's! Every time I go in, I am greeted with a smile and each employee is kind, helpful, and friendly!... Everything I have had from here is absolutely delicious. I appreciate the wide range of vegan and vegetarian options as well.The frozen goods are an excellent addition for times where you want something quick and yummy! I am so grateful that there is awonderful strictly gluten-free bakery and coffee shop in Chilliwack! Although some prices have gone up a bit, it is completelyunderstandable and every other coffee shop and bakery that I know of has had to do the same. The prices are still reasonableespecially considering that they are high quality specialty items! Over priced and half the girls that work there aren?t happy I ask for extra dressing the last two times and they didn?t put in... the the box they take forever to make my stuff when I go there. I started ordering on the phone to find out I can?t do that itwould help me get my stuff in a timely manner. I have celiac and have no choice but to use there place to eat when I?m in a bindbut I see that they are just there for the cash grabs on a person with a disability. I see they buy all there stuff from Costcojust like me but charge me for some thing specially. So I go on line to order and they had a 15% add for the tip that was justworked into the price. I hope you read this and consider listening to your customers we would come more often if you cared aboutthe customer I feel like you bend me offer at the till every time I?m in your store. SaraBella's makes wonderful gluten-free and dairy-free desserts, as well as delicious coffee and sandwiches. They were the... perfect choice to create our dream wedding cake, as several members of the bridal party had gluten allergies. Their baked goodstaste amazing! Our gluten-free wedding cake was phenomenal - red velvet cake with mocha-flavored icing on top of mocha cakewith mocha-flavored icing and cream cheese layering. It was delicious! Not sure I?d recommend. Been here before a few months ago and staff/food/drinks were great. However this time, we ordered 2... Turkey Bacon sandwiches- each priced at 15.50 each. You would think for the price that you would at least be getting a decentlysized, *warm* sandwich. Sadly not the case. The sandwiches are tiny and cold, and also did not receive a side- mostly I thinkdue to confusion at the register where we were asked if we wanted sides, thinking it was extra so we said we didn?t wantany. After getting a small iced latte and adding a tip, our total was $41. Simply not worth the price when i could get a bettersandwich at a grocery store, which is really disappointing considering we had such a good experience last time. Maybe it?s justthe specific sandwich we ordered that was a flop, but for 15.50 (when their other paninis were around $13) I expect way betterportion and flavor. Read more
