Apparently just re-opened after being closed for a year. Fresh renovations were impressive, especially the new and modernized... washrooms. Food has always been good here... Upgraded to 'Great'! Let me start by saying that I actually love this place, so I cannot give it a 1-star review. It's a great place to eat and to... stay. We were regular customers at the pub, and we stay at the hotel sometimes. However, sadly, the owners have made it veryhard for us to continue a good relationship with the Sasquatch, and I don't think we can go back because of it. One night, wehad brought some friends to have dinner and spend the night. We were given false/conflicting information by the staff. Feelingtricked, I persisted for an explanation. At no point did I raise my voice, insult, swear, or behave inappropriately. Feelingcornered, one of the staff members lost her temper and loudly mocked and insulted us, embarrassing us in front of other staffand clients, then "dared" us to leave a bad review. My wife and I are nice people (we're pastors), so we felt a little shakenby the incident, which clearly couldn't be dismissed as OK. As a business owner myself, I understand that sometimes one of thestaff handles things badly. It happens. One bad experience based with one employee doesn't define a whole business. But howa business handles complaints does matter. In our case, I didn't write a bad review. Rather, I emailed the owners to explainour concerns, saying that perhaps the worker was just having a bad day, then asked if there might be some way to negotiate aresolution. I stated that I wasn't looking to get anyone in trouble, but the way we were treated made it hard for us to returnwithout some kind of acknowledgement and attempt to make things right between us. To our chagrin, the owners respondeddefensively and even went so far as to outright insult me in their reply. It seems that their staff gave them a very differentversion of what actually transpired. Sasquatch Inn is a great place, it is a landmark and a beacon of good food and good times. Their deluxe pizza is excellent, as... is their "Forester" - a pizza unlike any you have ever tasted (do so with a fork and knife, in fact). Nice Sunday afternoon drive we stop in for lunch and what a surprise. I have driven by on many occasions and with the car full... of family decided today was the day to check it out. Well lets first say the staff are very friendly and it was a relaxed diningenvironment. Ordered a couple of burgers and a wrap. The meals were great and staff very attentive. My wife and I stayed for our first night after our wedding. It was very cozy and the customer service was amazing, the owners... are very helpful as we forgot the wedding dress and rental dress shirt behind and they were so kind to help us get it back toAbbotsford! We will be back and telling all our peoples about this little gem of an Inn when they are passing through. Read more

I?ve love this place. I go to the Show n? Shine every year. My bike usually picks up a few awards. Love the burgers and staff.... My family and I stayed one night after one of the show n? shines because we didn?t want to drive back. Had a couple drinks and alot of fun. Basic roadside set up but clean and friendly. Read more
Recently totally renovated. Really nice and the food is delicious as always. Great place to have lunch on a snowy day.
