Completely wrong order. Ordered a simple grande Americano misto. Ended up with an espresso misto with soy milk and 2 pumps of... vanilla. Not my cup of tea (or coffee). And it took a pot longer than most drive thru on top of that. Read more
Absolute garbage. Waited for over 20 minutes for a single and very simple beverage. Watched them serve multiple people behind me... with huge orders(not mobile orders) but couldnt be bothered to make a single iced coffee. Actually pathetic. Read more

The staffs are always nice, friendly and polite. They make you feel at home everytime. The service is always fast and drinks... always taste great. I love coming here, I'm always satisfied with their service and products. Would recommend it a 100%. Read more

Came for a pick me up drink after having to put our family dog down, and instantly bursted into tears when asked how I was.... Staff was so kind and sweet and they treated me to a drink. It made my day hurt a little less and I would definitely rate thisStarbucks as the best in Chilliwack! Read more
Some staff are okay some are not the kindest. There was a miscommunication in our drink order and then some wastefulness... apparently due to COVID measures but just some bad attitudes overall with our situation. Drinks ended up not being properly madeat the end of it all anyway. Good location, clean. Lots of Been There series mugs. Read more
This location is so slow, 20 minutes inside to get a drink. I get people are shortstaffed, but how about a sense of urgency?
