This is the most horrible place ever. They messed up on the order and didn't even fix it properly which is very disrespectful... and disappointing.. I am now boycotting this place I will never come back I wasted over 13 dollars and didn't get what I want...they were both supposed to be coffee based that were supposed to be venti sized and the second time they made it it waswhiteish and no extra whip cream they didn't add the chocolate curls.. Usual starbucks with great options, but today I hiked into here and ordered 2 chai lattes. 20 minutes later 1 came out and I... was told that was all I had ordered. So back to till and ordered another only to wait another 15 minutes and have to ask formydrink. They debated whether or not I had ordered one, then made it. 10 minutes later the same server began complaining thatmost of the tickets were not printing. Had a great experience there today. I ordered a custom drink, a peppermint mocha, and the barista suggested that I make it a... half sweet. This was a fantastic suggestion as it made the coffee taste better and I am diabetic, so that made it a betterchoice as well. The drink was fantastic as well so I was very happy with my treat....
