I mean it's subway so there's not much to say. Unlike an Abbotsford location, this one didn't serve me moldy food.
Absolutely abysmal customer service!! If you ever do take out orders, they?ll short you on ingredients.. If you complain they?ll... completely deny it and ask you to check cameras instead of accepting responsibility. To say the staff here are unprofessionalis an understatement.. go anywhere but here!!! Not worthy of my money and staffs need training on customer service
Was there in the afternoon on 2nd September. Both staff looked in experienced. Ordered 3 foot longs different kind. She packed,... I had my doubts that she didn?t label them. After paying I asked her and was told that she did label. My mistake that I don?tcheck there. She lied. Read more
Staff was rushing me and making faces when ordering saying they were closing. They also wouldn't let me use the washroom... despite being a paying customer saying they already cleaned it as they were closing. It wasn't even 8:30 pm and they close at 10pm. I confirmed this with them. Poor service. Read more

Excellent customer service at this subway. Staff is all so kind and attentive. They aren't cheap like the subway on lucacuck... way that puts one tomato slice on your sandwich. It's a super nice environment here. Thankyou Read more
Service here when we visit vary from good to awesome on this particular day it was amazing the gentleman that took and prepared... our sub was outstanding can't say much about atmosphere it's a local subway they like most fast food change have a similar lookI will comment in how clean and tidy it was they staff are very tentative on keeping this location clean!
