Former employee from about 5 years ago. Manager was terrible. She made staff feel uncomfortable and crossed many personal... boundaries (texting underage staff outside of work, offering to drive them to work, etc). No parental consent was requiredbefore hiring underage CHILDREN (required by law). Definitely a lot done under the table... hopefully the situation hasimproved. There was no lunch room for staff either, a literal bucket to sit on beside the staff closet area. Brutal experience.Please don't let your teenager work here, assuming the Manger (who will remain nameless for legal reasons) still works there. Read more

Over 40 minute wait in drive through. Couldn't leave because once you get in line you're stuck there. When I got to the menu... board it took more than 5 minutes for someone to acknowledge me. Overall terrible experience. Read more

Is this place still open? Open hours seem reduced. Last time through the drive through I got two absolutely awful Iced Caps and... a good steeped tea. The donuts just aren't as good as they used to be and the coffee at McDonald's is better imo. Read more

I try to avoid Tim hortons at all cost these days. Unfortunately in this case I was stuck as there was no other place to get a... latte. Otherwise though I don't participate participate in Tim Horton's products anymore because they have a political ideologythat they make well known and I do not agree with their politics. It's too bad we can't keep politics out of our recreationrecreational choices. Why do you have to pick a side, Just serve your coffee. Read more

This place just gets worse and worse. Thanks for the chilli that may have well been called soup. Disgusting. Seems like every... time I go there, which is rarely, I'm disappointed. In the way to maintain service time they lost quality and customer service always rude(new staff) Please don?t serve undone... wraps or any other item. Its 3rd in the week i get my tea without sugar. No words to say just don?t work that if you?re notmentally stable (psycho) Read more

The rudest staff I?ve ever encountered. The lady running the drive thru had absolutely no manners or patience. I took roughly 5... seconds to gather up my change and in that span she barked my total at me 6 times. When I handed her my money she told me to?have my money ready next time? and shut the window without giving me my change back. On top of that there wasn?t even anybodyin line behind me. I understand service times need to be fast but anyone who treats a customer like that shouldn?t be working incustomer service, end of story. It?s sad to see how low the bar is for staffing at this franchise, if I could give 0 stars Iwould. You?re better off getting your coffee anywhere else. Read more
