Driving by when we noticed only 1 car in the drive thru so we made a last second decision and pulled in thinking this will be... quick ...no line....pulled up to the board to give our order and there we sat and sat and sat! Saying hello excuse me anybody inthere finally pulling up to see if we could see anyone inside and sure enough we did, so we reversed and wAited some more untillast chance we gave and they responded without a sorry for the wait. Nothing! Not a single thing just Hi can I take your order..we only got coffee and yup it was worth the wait and we made it to our destination just in time. So it worked out well! Read more
Very busy location which I find to be interesting as an atmosphere. However, it's busy because this is absolutely the slowest... coffee/donut shop/fast food place you will ever encounter whether you drive through or go in. Read more
Only location in chilliwack to toast the bagels enough, consistent iced coffee and zipper drive through system. I feel dumb... reviewing a tim hortons but it's the little things that make the difference and my appreciation for this one has saved mehundreds of dollars in Starbucks coffee. You'll get the occasional early morning "rude" tone but it makes my day. "Wait onemoment there's a police car siren passing by" which is way better than the usual friendly "ok thank you second window!" Followedby something you didn't order since they didn't hear you. I don't see how much we spend or what we bought should be a part of this review...its irrelevant I've been ordering coffee every... day for the past few months here with sweetener to be told they don't have sweetener at this location....sounds like theyreally couldn't care about health issues or or reactions with customers....the service is the worst and when confronted about itthey all looked lost but some how.i had then gotten sweetener...not so much a big deal for.me.but someone with sugar.issuescould be in trouble....you guys deal.with the public...do better this is rediculous Read more
Used to be Ok. Sticks now that they have all been sold in Chilliwack. Donuts are always stale. And much smaller. I mean... seriously? Apple fritters used to be the largest, now they are half the size. Coffee cold. Read more
There are some good employees left but the majority of them don't know what they're doing. This location has gone downhill since... the new owners. Sorry to say. We used to go multiple times a day. We try not to as much now. My fiance and I both get items offthe menu (he gets triple triple coffee and I get a london fog) and a lot of the times it's disgusting. If it's on the menu, ALLstaff should know how to make it. That's not the case. Sometimes there's too much vanilla. They constantly run out of products.The good staff definitely deserve kudos for sticking it out there. Read more
We live in a different province but when we are in town this location is the closest to our family member. For the past week and... a half we have tried going there every day but only succeeded ONCE!! Although they have 2 lanes for the drive thru, they onlyhave one open so the line ends up spilling onto the road so you can't even get in the parking lot as well as it also comes fromaround the building so there's a traffic jam. We finally mentioned it to our family member and they said that even though thisplace is very close to them, they won't go there for the reasons I listed above! Literally all three drinks were wrong. The soup was wrong. Missing a donut and a bagel. ?Couldn?t? print out a receipt either... when I asked for one because it?s Tim Hortons and you know you?re going to have to go back. Read more
