Twice I ordered online and came to the store for them to say they have no idea how to do online orders. The first time the girl... said she was new and made it from good faith when I showed her the online receipt. I ordered thinking this time the employeesmight know how to do it. They had no idea and there was no record at all of the order. They never have a higher up personworking every single one of them is new. I went home and tried to request a refund from the website that I ordered and they saidthey can't give refunds for pick up orders and to ask the store in person. But they have no record of me ordering so where doesthat leave me? I had to dispute it with my credit card to hopefully get my money back. It was a blessing in disguise because allthe doughnuts were melted and looked very old. I attended inside and ordered a coffee and a bagel, double toasted with butter. A nice gentleman got my coffee (second time I... have been and no dark roast made). I waited quite awhile for someone to start my bagel. I noticed the woman had only toasted itonce and already had started to butter it, so she sticks it in the microwave! Then she puts more butter on it, wraps it with aton of butter on her gloves. She hands me this bagel, dripping out of the wrapper with butter. I ask for a napkin, which shepasses me with her butter covered gloves and now I have a butter covered napkin. I gave up and left with a burning hot, soggybagel. Did not eat it. Also, the place was very dirty with milk and coffee all over the counters, dirty plastic wrap, etc. Iwill not be going back. Read more
DO NOT GO TO THIS LOCATION! Drive thru service is terrible. Doesn't know how to make coffee. They are rude and in to much of a... hurry. Complain about your order and they make you fix it yourself. Service is a joke. And the lady making the coffees thismorning should be fired. More worried about her cell phone than doing her actual job. Aug. 23. 222 -- 7 am in the morning. Absolutely THE WORST Tim Hortons ever. The manager Mansi is rude, disgusting, and unprofessional to both customers and staff -... she lies and argues with the customers, purposely overcharging them for stuff they didn't even order. This same, horriblemanager was also caught attempting to commit larceny. They also serve moldy old food and drinks and only stopped when they gotcaught. Do not go to this location! Unfortunately all the Tim Hortons in Chilliwack are owned by the same fool apparently so I'mnot going to ANY of them if this is how they choose to operate their business. Read more
If I could I would give this location a minus 5 stars. Customer beware of the manager "Mansi" she is charging on purpose extra... for cheese that the customer didn't order or will double charge you for cream cheese. Also Fraser health was just thereyesterday because she was serving molded bread and breakfast biscuits. Do not order the cold brew or ice coffee, she doesn'twash or empty the dispensers and just refills them. She is also rude to customers and her staff. Read more
