The service was extremely slow but it looked like there were only 2 staff at 5pm on Remembrance Day! Everything I got was... extremely fresh and tasty. If the manager is reading this please recognize how great those employees are doing. I've worked atmultiple Tim Hortons and I understand how stressful it can be but they both were doing a fantastic job with how busy it was. Read more

The BOH staff need retraining- Plain as that. Young guy at the front was doing what he could but was getting back talk and... yelled at when he was asking for missing items on orders. At least he knew what was missing and what orders were still needednot that that helped him any. The girl on the line was being ridiculous..... yelling and threatening to quit..... next time askfor help.... also, where was management to help? After receiving the rest of my order it took another 15 minutes for a singlehash brown... and even then the young guy had to practically beg BOH for it....COMPLETE DISORGANIZATION. There were Skipdrivers who waited even longer. When I left they had already been waiting longer than I had and their order hadn't even beenstarted.... Seemed like the employees only cared about the drive thru as they were being served no problem.... Read more

Only person in the drive through. Ordered 20 Timbits, 1 Hash brown and a Pumpkin Latte. Got a hash brown then got parked.... Employee comes out with Latte and another hashbrown. Told him we ordered Timbits and he just said we didn't and left. 8th orderbotched in 3 weeks. Last straw. Sunday morning crew the worst. Was second in line at drive thru window. Ordered 1 ice cap. Truck ahead of me had a huge order. Instead of asking them to park... and wait they held me up for 10 minutes. When I rolled up I told them to through it out you aren't getting my money. Worstplace ever. Corporate should strip this owner of their franchise. Read more

Reviews were totally right ... How Long does it take to pour a small coffee and tea??? Forever at this location. AND they had 3... donuts in the whole store .. yes that's right 3 donuts in the building.... Unreal.. and the kicker to this whole thing is theygot my coffee order WRONG. DONT COME HERE Read more

I WOULD ADVISE ANYONE TO NEVER GO TO THIS LOCATION, ALTHOUGH QUITE A FEW HAVE HAD VERY BAD SERVICE. Beyond Disgraceful... service!!!! I HATE Tim hortons!!!!!! Forced to use points or they would steal them. I order wedges. After they take my points Iam told that there is only a few wedges left. I should have been given a doughnut or a sandwich!!!! I was told I have to wait 10minutes. It took 15 Bloody minutes!!!!! Disgraceful service! Sadly Nothing new for Tim hortons. I will never go back!!!!! On topof that, when I get home and look, there is hardly any wedges in the dish. TIM HORTONS SHOULD BE ASHAMED OF THEMSELVES FOR SUCHHORRIBLE SERVICE!!!!!!!!!! Read more

I ordered breakfast through skip the dishes. I bought bagels, donuts and drinks for everyone plus a few extras in case anyone... was still hungry. Order arrives minus a dozen donuts and chocolate croissant. Back to the skip app and mark missing items. Dueto credits issued for mistakes reported in the past, refuse to do anything about it. I ordered a lot, I ordered a lot, manyyears, many mistakes, many credits. Many unreported mistakes, too. So, I call Tim Hortons directly. The girl understood myproblem, and told me to reorder and she will fix it. I asked just to be clear, ?if I reorder the missing items, you will replacethe missing ones as well. So I reorder one box and one croissant, I will get two boxes and two croissants?? She says ?yes?. Iasked her name and told her I loved her and thanked her very much for fixing what skip wouldn?t. I receive the second order. Onebox, one croissant. So I call Tim Hortons back. Another girl listens to my story, I hear talking in the background and I getdisconnected. I call back and no answer. Owner too cheap to hire staff. Just went through drive through and there was about three to four staff running the whole place.... Half of them were saying they weren?t trained to do certain things and waited 30+ minutes for a drink and sand which. Was toldthey get sent home if there?s too many people so owners can save money yet the guy taking orders is also making the food. Read more
