I go here because it's the closest one to my work. The service was horrible for years. It is getting better I must say. The... problem I have is the other day I went to another Tim Hortons and the food was way better, they put way more cream cheese on mybagel, and they put whipped topping on my ice cap without being prompted. Wish I could give no stars. I understand everyone is short staffed but it wasn?t very busy. I ordered and then wanted to use the... rest room but both the family washroom and the woman?s washroom was so filthy, I couldn?t even walk inside. There was excrementand tissues all over the toilets and floor in both. I wished I hadn?t ordered because it tells you a lot about the cleanlinessof the whole place. Drive through is always mind bogglingly slow, also they gave me my drinks and asked what I was waiting for (I also ordered and... paid for food), than they realized they put it in the wrong order or something. **Update my breakfast sandwich was full of eggshells!!!** 1 year later- another breakfast sandwich with egg shells?. The people working there are pleasant. But the service is incredibly slow. Often will be told they are checking on availability... of items. Left sitting at the speaker for 5 minutes while the line gets bigger and bigger behind me. The food is never fresh.Stale donuts. Rock hard hashbrowns. The coffee is always lukewarm at best. We ordered 3 ?loaded bowls? and the bowls we got were the tiniest bowls we have ever had. When we asked about portion sizes they... said that we were wrong, the portions were correct but any bowls we have had at any other Tim Hortons were much larger. Evenwhen we spoke to a manager/supervisor about it they refused to do anything. Poor customer service, poor interaction withworkers, never had such a bad experience at Tim?s before. Read more
Not the quality service or food Tim Hortons has built it's reputation on. The staff taking my order in the drive through did not... listen to what the actual oder was, instead always guessing what you've ordered. Even at the drive through window your food anddrink are shoved in your face and it is all done in a very unprofessional manner. Read more
Worst service I?ve ever had at a Tim Hortons or any restaurant. My order was wrong in the drive thru and when I corrected them... they told me I was wrong and was quite rude. Once the order was corrected I opened up all three sandwiches and they were eitherwrong or prepared horribly. We took the sandwich?s back to the store and spoke with the cashier about the experience. Sheadvised us we could re-order but we would not be getting a refund to which we started re-telling her our order but meanwhile shewas talking to other staff or walking away from the register and had to ask multiple times what we wanted. It turns out the ladywho originally took my order in the drive thru was the MANAGER and berated and yelled at us from across the restaurant, tellingus to leave the restaurant and pointing over at us while speaking a different language to other staff. We had other people stepin who were also waiting for their food to tell other staff that she should not speak to people that way or be a figure ofauthority, and question the manager how she could ever consider yelling at customers like that. I?ve reported everything tocorporate. My only regret is not filming the entire altercation, but I?m thankful we had other customers standing up for us andsharing their same opinion of this location.
