I was really looking forward to celebrating my sons birthday here , it was the first time we were going to celebrate it here ,... the first thing that I notice was that the band of the animatronics was not there , it had a huge black tarp covering it so allour pictures have that and they didn't even notify us because our packet included a song from there , we added goodie bags , weget told there's no goodie bags and I had already told my son we were getting those , but whatever we were like okay no big deal, the main part was there was a party next to us and the host for that party sang to them and did everything with them while ourparty host did not say anything for my son , he was just starring at the other table of chucky with them and them singing to thegirl and giving all the attention to them until I got up and I told the girl to sing to my kid too. We felt really left out andI was so angry but we just left it at that I just wanted my son to have a good birthday . My husband told the manager and shegave us a discount , no apology just said okay this is your new total . A discount doesn't fix their mistake nothing will . I'mjust writing this review so maybe I can save others a bad time at chucky cheese, all my family members noticed it wasembarrassing. Do better chucky cheese. Read more

It took almost 45 minutes for food order to be ready and when I asked after 20 minutes of waiting. I was only told that it... would take a few minutes more because it was just being started. I wasn't given a reason nor an apology for the delay. I'veworked in hospitality for over 20 years, 10 as a restaurant manager so I could've understood the situation but the treatment Iwas given wasn't professional or service oriented in my opinion. This Chuck E. Cheese was great, the staff was really friendly & helpful, something we were not expecting going in. We were... greeted kindly walking in the front door. A male staff member was able to answer our questions regarding the playing points &tickets. The only thing we will say is some of the games were kind of sticky, I am assuming after a long day, but the cashierwhen trading the tickets (didnt catch her name ): ), was also really kind & helpful. Forgot to add one thing! After many yearsof not having been to Chuck E. Cheese we were expecting it to be kind of dead. ???? We're 90's kids, please don't come after us,but Chuck E. Even came out to greet the kids & hand out candy no matter how late it was. We were there around 8:30, almostclosing time & he still came out in costume which really warmed my heart because it was our daughter's first time there! Experience was great and the pizza went hard. However there was this one woman who kept following us and harassing us. The chuck... e cheese staff did nothing about this. Otherwise, they were very polite and gave my friend a very happy birthday :) Read more
After a few years of not having been to this Chuck E. Cheese let me tell you guy's it's well kept. Everything was super clean... all the games were working and the staff was awesome ????. And actually the pizza taste way better and that's the reason I'mgiving them 5 stars. Read more
