The service I received was TERRIBLE! I placed my order using the mobile app curbside delivery. The app said the order should... take ABOUT 5 minutes. After waiting about 18 minutes, my food hadn?t arrived. I had to go in to ask for my order. Then when Igot it, my order was incorrect and my fries were stale. My order was 2 burgers, 1 fry and 2 drinks. It wasn?t a hugeorder????It?s my opinion that if you can?t handle the service you offer, then remove it as an option. Read more
Late-nite grab-a-bite-to-eat kinda nite! ???? Went thru drive-thru which was 15-20min wait?lobby was open but too lazy to get... down & order food.???? Anyway, drive-thru employee very friendly & hospitable?she let me have a side of tartar sauce & side ofBig Mac sauce just for the asking! ???? Well the food is always easy quick and good but there was a little problem #1 the sanitizer dispensers had no sanitizing liquid... on all of them I tried all of them and I don't want to take my germs from my truck & bring them into a fast food MCDONALD'S .Now to the problem # 2 a guy from the street came in grabbed two cups from the trash can went in served himself ice and drinksand a girl at her break was right in front and didn't see a thing and didn't say anything I told one of the employee while shewas going on her break and she did she told someone else and look I'm not saying I'm Mr clean but for a food business we don'tneed extra germs flying around That's all . I think it's extremely unfair how everytime I'm always shorted on my fries. The prices have increased, but yet you purposely... short customers on their fries all the time. I went inside to let you all know I'm tired of paying full price for half of what Iordered and someone yelled for the manager and said, someone else about the fries again...so that mean you all are doing thisall the time and on purpose. People working late are very lazy when it comes to door dash they will not check if you wanted sauces and items will be missing.... Not just a one time thing either it?s 100 percent of the time. I hope there is an excuse for it because how are you thatconsistently bad. Read more
