Came in yesterday, ordered my food at the counter at 7:01pm, finally after waiting over 35 minutes I asked where is my order???... And I still didn?t get it until 7:47. Ridiculous! While all the workers are just talking, and didn?t even get an apology! Thislocation is always slow and the workers are always rude, this wasn?t just yesterday!! 45 minutes for 1 burger, 6 nuggets, andfries! And I wasn?t even in the drive thru! Read more

I tried to order a quarter pounder, and was told they were all out of Quarter Pounders and Double Quarter Pounders. I ended up... buying food elsewhere, although my kids really wanted to eat there, so I bit the bullet and bought some food for them. This is the second time I've been here and they never open the drive thru on time. Even after the opening time of 5am they're... always late removing the cones to allow cars in the drive thru. Both times they did not have what I wanted but it was stillbeing advertised on their menu. Again I was told they did not have what I wanted. Where is the management!?!?! Why not removethe cones exactly at 5am or one minute before opening time? Why not put a message that said product is not available thatmorning? Why not completely remove item you don't have before people start ordering it? Whoever owns this McDonald's is losingmoney. I've seen plenty of people leave because the drive thru was not open at said opening time. If you like doing businesslike this then keep up the work ( or lack of it). I'll take my money to Del Taco or Farmers Boys where I've never had thatproblem. Read more

Only problem I have is when you dine in there's never anyone waiting at the register. You have to wait for minutes b4 someone... comes. Also the manager Stephanie is a bird brain. All the employees are cool except her. ???? Read more

I have sat on this negative review for a month. I like to go back and re-evaluate when I have a clear mind. I think it needs... some explanation. In my world, you have to really work hard earn a 1-star review. That night a month ago. We arrived late,exhausted after a long day at an amusement park. Kids wanted shakes, I actually checked/called around and was told the machineat this location was working. I pulled into the drive-thru. *No signs stating the shake machine was broken.* After pulling upto the order screen, the employee voice informed the machine was broken. I opted to order nothing and call or drive to one morelocation before closing time. One car in the drive-thru already parked ahead of us; one pulled in behind us. We were watchingthe clock, ten minutes, the car in front of us did not move and there were no signs it was going to move. I was beginning tofeel claustrophobic. We were running out of time to try another location. I decided to call the location's telephone number andask if they could let us pass. When she answered, I asked if she could let us out by moving the car in front of us to one ofthe waiting spots. Her response was surprising. She immediately took offence. Her words, "No, it was [my] your fault for notordering anything" she add we was stuck there. I tried to repeat my suggestion and ended it with, "Please let me out." Sheinterrupted me, talking over me and escalated to yelling over my protest. I hung up, I was too tired to argue, we waited inthat claustrophobic space unsure if she was going to react. Just about closing time the car finally moved. So that is why the1-star rating. It has been a month and I don't feel any better about the transaction that night. Yes, it was one interaction,but I have no intention of being trapped again. I have concerns for people who have medical issues. I don't know what washappening to her in her life that caused such a hostile situation, but I hope she is better now. Read more

I have had multiple bad experiences at this location from the fact that I mobile order and they don't bring it out and then have... you come in, stand in line to get the food and for the food to be wrong to showing up waiting in the drive through before10:30am, having 2 cars infront of you and 1 of them is straddling both lanes not moving or letting anyone by and then getting tothe speaker at 10:32am and being told I can't get breakfast anymore because it's past 10:30. Then being told "I don't know whatto tell you, they throw all the ingredients away" How unacceptable for those that meet your deadline of 10:30 then now getserved what they came for. This McDonald's just doesn't understand the concept of customer service. Read more

Never,never get large fres here unless u wanna large fres with 30% short. Here is what i do,get McDonald app use the deal ---buy... 1 mid fres get 1 mid fres free, same money but 30% more fres than a short large fres~ Read more
