Not my first experience with Olive Garden, but my first time came to this restaurant. Awful! The two stars are only for the... “Olive Garden” brand, not for this store. I understand things are much expensive now, but it is not decent when you increasethe price while drop the food quality and quantity. Check out the salad I got. We stopped off to have dinner here and was just so amazed at the level of customer service our waitress Paige had! She was just... so attentive to my families needs, not the type of waitress that hovers or bugs or doesn't come around your table at all she wasjust very tuned in! You don't see this type of service anymore!! I think you should definitely reward her with something specialto make her feel appreciated because she definitely represents your company to the highest of standards! Read more
This Olive Garden location is huge for me ???? But seriously, this place is awesome, & the staff are super friendly! I would... like to special mention Joana… she was the best. She was very professional & boy, great customer service. Why I said this?Well I made a mistake in my order & it was in front of me already. So I told her about my concern… but she just change myorder to the one that I like, & that’s awesome. On our way out, meet their manager & commended Joana to her too. American Italian.....its good but very basic. I like Olive Garden, I've never really been disappointed. This one is fairly new,... very nice very clean. Staff is polite, service was fast. You have units on your table so you can order drinks and food withoutthe serving team. So on those busy days you dont have to wait. Read more
The place is kept very immaculate. The ambiance is classy and relaxing ????. Our waitress name was Annesa. She gave exceptional... customer service, great smiles ???? . The food came out hot and fast not one complaint from this happy family. Read more
Great server, good taste! I tried fried eggplant and spaghetti for lunch. Spaghetti was nothing special.. just not bad. but... fried eggplant was super yum! And love their salad too(large amount)! Highly recommended. Read more
So Valery was amazing. She made our visit the best we've ever had here. Valery made our salad to perfection. Valery has amazing... energy. Valery works very well with people.
