This is a great restaurant if you want a casual no stress feel. The food is good, although I feel like the beef patties used to... be thicker and more like a bar burger...which is definitelynot the case. The service is always spot on with offers of refillsdrinks and fries. The servers are usually really friendly. I like that you can just pay at the table when you're ready to go. Read more

Red Robin?s out go to for a quick meal for kids. I love that they now have never ending salad instead instead of just fries.

My husband and I always go here whenever we crave for burgers and fries. We always order the same food everytime. He will get... Burning Love burger with medium well patty and a fries. I choose Banzai burger (I like the taste of the sweet pineapple) withmedium well patty & Yukon Chips. We both like Honey Mustard as our dips for our fries and a bottomless Freckled Lemonade whichis really refreshing and satisfying. Read more

Fast service. Pretty empty around noon in a Sunday, but by 1:30 pretty packed. Burgers are pricey, but pretty good. My party... chose different bottomless sides and we all shared. Servers don't seem to care about that so if you feel like a side of broccoliand sweet potato fries just coordinate with the other people in the party so you won't have to pay for an additional side. Went out with my husband to have dinner and actually went just after 6 p.m.. since we were a party of two we only waited 2... minutes to be seated. Our server Nate was very nice and made sure to keep checking in and getting us our bottomless frenchfries. The women's restroom did need service. The handicap stall had no seat covers and the floor needed picked up, the trashneeded to be emptied and just a general maintenance in between customers. I just had to make a post about our server Joey ! He literally went above and beyond ! He had such great customer service skills... and definitely made us feel so welcomed . Conveniently located right by 71 fwy, inside Chino Spectrum shopping center. We came at 5pm and got a table within 5'.... Restaurant is clean. Food was served fast. Our server Joey was friendly and attentive. He frequently checked on us for water orfries refilled. Very patient with our 2 granddaughters. The reason for 4* instead of 5* was the food quality. Somehow our Banzaiand Whiskey River burgers were not looking sumptuous and tasted delicious as previous visits. It seems to me that they werelacking in vegetables? For a gourmet burger, we were kind of disappointed. For the bright side, our granddaughters loved theirchicken tender. They said it was delicious.
