Little to No strawberry acai. I have no idea how y'all can mess upthis drink. SERIOUSLY! You can teach a toddler how to properly make this drink and they can do it better than your batista atthis location! I think I'm done giving Starbucks my money. This place makes terrible drinks!!! I go there many times because it's close to my home, but I can't stand it anymore! I used my... phone to order drinks and wrote less ice, but when I go to get my drink, it's full of ice, two thirds of it! When I order drinksin the store, this store always makes a much lighter taste than others, like strawberry refresher, always a glass full of ice, alittle bit of drink, almost like drinking water!!! Well right now they have limited hours. With their the last two weeks and my Venti caramel ribbon crunch frappuccino with extra... caramel were made perfect. But I order through the app and then I do curbside pickup I live just a few minutes away from therebut I've learned to leave the house when I placed my order and then I get it when it was freshly made. But right now they areclosing their store like at 2 p.m. in the afternoon. There is a note on the door and I don't know if it is due to trainingpurposes. The coffee is your normal Starbucks the only complaint I have is the staff at this location I don't usually go to Starbucks but... I've gone recently a couple times because my kids like it so this is a walk in store and the staff that took my order both timesjust seemed miserable no hello, hi,how are you, just very boring I can recall the staff at the Chino Hills location they are sofriendly and bubbly. This location is great. There is a junior high school near by so Monday-Friday they set out water cups on the counter for the... students to grab when they get out of school. My dad ordered a strawberry funnel cake frap and they gave him a strawberry cream frap. We went back and asked for the correct... order. The cashier who had blonde hair with blue highlights gave us attitude when my dad told her what he ordered. She waspersistent in us throwing away the strawberry cream frap and I was going to drink it because it?s wasting food. It?s not ourfault they can?t get orders right and it?s not right that they waste food. We can care less about getting a free drink but thefact that she was being extremely persistent especially during COVID and being rude is not okay. She was very persistent andasked if she can have the drink and she threw it away which is very selfish and she gave us more attitude.
