Extremely patient and friendly staff. My 9 year old could not decide what he wanted. The staff told him the available pastries... twice, and kindly waited while he slowly decided (no one was behind us so I did not rush him). I've gone to this Starbucks many times. The people who work here have always been reasonably friendly, polite, and professional.... I have no complaints. The drive thru line sometimes gets crazy long and the cars will sometimes block the nearby entrance/exitto the plaza, which can be frustrating. You can save time if you park and order inside instead of waiting in the long drive thruline. Read more

Just got home with the drink I ordered. I didnt know exactly what I had ordered but the nice gentleman with yellow hair at the... drive thru patiently answered my questions and made me a really great drink. Horrible service, got our order wrong and when they made the correct one they gave us half a drink. Very disappointed
