My wife and me have come to this subway for the last 2 years, even though there are other subways closer to home, we like this... one, the staff here is very friendly, they pay attention to the instructions, since I?m very specific in the way I like mysandwich done, I usually have problems at other subways, the guys just don?t listen to the instructions, in this subways theynever fail, they are very detail oriented, and I like it. Great food but horrible customer service. Two girls working, one was making my sandwich then she left my sandwich there undone... and she went to the register and started charging for it while the other girl started wrapping it undone. So I went to the othergirl and told her i wanted more stuff on it while the other girl was asking if I wanted a drink with it I said yes and she endedup not giving me a drink and they didn't even ask if I wanted to eat my sandwich there or take out, they just put it in the bagas if they wanted me gone already. My wife and I continue to frequent this particular Subway. I'm not sure if it's because of the closeness to our house, or the... consistency of our order, but each time we go into this Subway, we're stoked with the food and the service! I appreciate a placethat I can rely on for a good, consistent meal. Also, they usually have coupons running so two people can eat for about $7! Read more
I?m a previous subway worker so I know exactly what is needed out of a sandwich artist. When I came in on December 7 at 5:30pm... there were 2 guys and a girl working. The girl was making my tuna sandwich and put the tuna on the bottom of the bread (when ueat a sandwich u want the sandwich meat to be on top and the vegetables on the bottom) so I corrected her. Then I asked for ameatball sub and they told me it was going to take 3 mins to heat up the meatballs. No problem I can wait. When I got home mymeatball sub was frozen cold.
