I'm really disappointed. I've lived in Chino longer than this place has been open. I remember why I stopped coming to this... location. Every time me, a friend or family member had come into this location over the years, they are so chintzy on theveggies. Every single time. I mean especially the lettuce! I mean that is just about the main ingredient in every sandwich andwhen they add THE smallest amount and you have to keep adding more til it even seems like a reasonable amount, WE DON'T need theattitude when we kindly ask for more. Never have we been rude and we always thank the staff for making our sandwiches, but comeon. Veggies don't cost that much to add a decent amount... then, ditch the lousy attitudes. Read more
Subway, Eat Fresh, NOT! I find it totally ludicrous that when I place an order online, and show up 40 minutes later, that they... haven?t started making my order yet. This has happened two days in a row now. Isn?t this what ordering ahead is all about? Iwas told at 2:00 in the afternoon, that they didn?t have the Italian Herbs and Cheese Bread that I ordered. That would havebeen nice to know, when I placed the order. Five hours into the workday, and you can?t provide what people order online? Nicebait and switch. The choices were now white or wheat bread. I opted for white bread. The last straw came, when I had toremind them that a BMT includes four slices of ham, and not just two. Been through the ?Ham Scam? a few times now. When I gothome, I find the bread was obviously yesterday?s batch, all flaky and crumbly, and not fresh. I won?t be returning here. Read more

A friend brought me here. Nice place for a flatbread sandwich. The location is clean and the staff is friendly. The price is... good for the amount of food they give. I have notices that as long as you are kind and well mannered the sraff are willing toadd more veggies on the order. But if you are snappy and rude like the consumer before me, dont expect extra of anything. Read more
