First time here and it was a terrible customer service and experience. Ordered a plain cheeseburger and she charges the... Archibald double plain burger for $11:53. I ordered French toast not a meal, charges $12.08. I even told her she repeated it,she agreed. Then says but I charged you the Archibald and the French toast without by itself. It would take a few minutes forthem to make the regular plain cheeseburger. I wasn’t going to wait, she said she’s going to refund the difference. So bythe look of the pictures, it’s not worth it! Oh the French toast was plain, no syrup or butter, they also forgot the fries. Wegot a breakfast burrito and a veggie burger, nothing special $55+! No meals, Just individual orders, no drinks!. It was at best ok but not worth the cost for certain. I spent $17 on a small combo meal that probably would have been better on... of the big name chains. While looking for something small to eat, I ran across Archibald's which is tucked away in the corner of a small shopping mall. ... I only ordered a hot dog, but this place has everything from omletes to pastrami combos. The hot dog itself was grilled andserved with ketchup, mustard, relish and onions. Surprisingly great experience. Came in hungry after my Saturday long run and wanted to give this place a shot. The chicken... plate on the window looked pretty good and it came out looking even better than the picture!! The fried chicken was preparedperfectly and I cleaned up every piece. We went here because it was down the street from Big League Dreams where my son was playing in a tournament. I was not... disappointed. The environment was sporty and clean, the employees were nice and attentive , and the food was good. There was anice variety of food and for a reasonable price.
