BJ’s is usually our family go to place for good food. Recently I’ve noticed that our food orders have missing items but I... won’t complain. I understand that the restaurant might be busy but management, please ensure food is safe to eat. We were sat at our table and waited 20 min with not one person acknowledging us before we left. We understand if people are busy... but most of our section looked like they were waiting for a waiter to show. So we show up at 10:15pm, which mind is 2 hours before closing. Wanting a pazooki, me and my boyfriend were waiting in the empty... front desk stand while patrons were dining. Making direct eye contact with the bartender, the to-go, a hostess, and what lookedlike a server with absolutely no help or verbal communication. We waited 30 minutes for someone to come help us but to no avail.Upset and discouraged we left still craving something sweet. So even if i selected "dine in" just know that it truly was not. Got in right away. The food was great. Service was outstanding. Our waiter was Jacob C. He did a great job. My husband and I... ordered a wedge salad and a Tavern Pizza. He asked if we would like the wedge salad chopped up or as a whole piece. Also, if wewanted the salad and the pizza together or Salad brought out first. For dessert. I got a Pizookie. It was amazing. Got thechocolate chip cookie. And had, vanilla and chocolate ice cream with it. I didn't realize the restaurant had chocolate icecream. It was to die for. Jacob was great. I really can't believe how bad it is here. Came in 7/29/22 @ 7pm. It's 8:56 right now. Tried to order a drink and they where... out of what i wanted, then tried to order calamari and yes they where out of that also, for dinner i ordered prime rib and yeahthey are out of that too.
