My first time here and it was excellent all the way through from start to finish. Very fast service and very friendly... atmosphere. I am from Costa Mesa CA and needed to take care of business at the Pomona Supreme Court House. I Google'd Italianfood and I chose Fazoli's. I go to Fazoli?s about once every other month. And I have to recommend this spot because I really love Loaded Baked Spaghetti.... So I ordered 4 of them. My mistake for not looking at my order before I drove away. To my dismay as I was hungry and was lookingfor my spaghetti and found 4 Loaded Fettuccine meals. They taste ok, but the Fettuccine is heavy compared to the spaghetti. Iate half and so did my wife. The kids didn?t even touch there?s. It will be hard to recommend Fazoli?s in the future. Read more
My first time here. Excellent service they service us our food. They have a drive thru but decided to eat inside for the... unlimited bread sticks, the pasta is really good. Only spent $30 for two combos, great place. Totally recommend it ?? Read more
Been coming to this location infrequently since it first opened. Latest visit was not great. Location has looked better, windows... needed cleaning, enough trash around to be noticeable, bathrooms were not great (see photos). Soda fountain was out of syrup andof soda dispensed didn't taste good. Food was okay, better on previous visits. Understand COVID has made a lot of stuff worse,but a lot of this was basic stuff that I can see that should be taken care of - makes you wonder what else is in bad shape thatyou can't see (food prep areas, food storage). Also, Cesar salads had no tomatoes or croutons, and only 1 had cheese. For theprice paid the food should have been better. I can go to a regular Italian restaurant, get an order to go and receive a bettermeal for less. Strongly suggest you look at location before you order food. May have been staffing issues on my visit, but couldjust be how this location operates now. Overall location is easy to get to, plenty of parking, though shopping complex has losta lot of stores, so be aware of surroundings when coming or going. Parking, counter, seating and entrance are accessible. Staffwere just meeting needs, could be other stuff going on, but if this is how location operates going forward I don't expect it tolast more than a year. Read more

Although the pasta was good, I was really disappointed with the sandwich. I ordered an italian sandwich, not a cheese and... veggies sandwich. There was very little meat, I couldn't even taste it, worst Italian sandwich I have ever had. Read more
Decent food, especially for drive thru, but when I paid for pepperoni to be added they only added like 4 slices, and I paid for... extra mozzarella and didn't notice any extra. They also layered my pasta so it was pasta + sauce, chicken, cheese, thenpepperoni, which was a little weird to eat, because the cheese and chicken layers kinda peeled off and left plain noodles forthe rest of it.
