In the second half, we received about 1 dish for every 4 we ordered. Very dissatisfied? The food was meh. On top of that, the place is very dirty. In my experience it felt as if the AC did not... work, and the ventilation was non existent. The wait times just to sit down and eat are ridiculous. By the time you get to sitdown, you probably wish you chose to eat somewhere else. Service wasn?t as good as it could?ve been because it is apparent themanagers overwork their employees. The servers constantly run around, struggling to serve each table while it seems as if themanagers just watch them. With that being said there was one big manager with a button down and a chain, standing around withhis earpiece telling all the workers what to do. I was astonished to find out he was the GM, because it seems as if he doesn?thelp his workers at all, and just watches them struggle. In disbelief this place has 4.2 stars. One of the best Korean BBQ I have ever been. Highly recommend premium steak, Hawaiian steak , beef Bulgogi and brisket. ????
This was my first experience of a Korean BBQ and going by the crowd and popularity of the place I have to say it must be good.... The service was great although it took them quite some time to get me a fork since I am not very adept at using chopsticks. Thequality and quantity of the meat was great but to my mind everything was a bit too sweet but possibly that is how Californianslike their food. It was a unique experience but I wouldn't repeat it but for genuine meat lovers there is nothing like this. Read more
This location not as nice, clean or big as the Corona location. The seat cushion was torn. Service started off off, but got... better. They were very attentive after awhile, changed our grills regularly and kept asking if we wanted anything else. I woukdvisit again. Read more
This was our first time at this location, and everything here was great. The menu and over all atmosphere was the same. The food... was great!! So delicious!! We all came hungry and they did not disappoint. The service was great! I highly recommend this spot! Read more
LOVE this place!!! My husband and I haven't been here since before the pandemic and we're so happy it's still around. The food... is without questions delicious!!!! The only problem is not having a bottomless pit for a stomach to keep eating more!????customer service was great from beginning to end. It's apparent that minimal staff on hand is the way many places need tooperate but both team members on the floor did a great job!
