The food wasn't particularly great and the fries weren't hot.
I was trying to get food 20 min before they closed on Nov. 11th and they still had a sign that said "open". There were 2 other... cars behind me and we all left because nobody gave us service. This shows how much the employees don't care about therecustomers or jobs. All they wanted was to just to leave or not clean up past closing time. Very disappointed. Read more

This is a pretty typical Jack-in-the-Box. They got my order completely right, and I asked for extra mayonnaise on my burger.... They weren?t very courteous, but what else can you ask for in fast food? I would recommend this place for anyone looking for abite to eat near Kaiser Ontario Vineyard. Read more
In the daytime its fine. At night, this place looks closed. You can barely read the drive-thru menu because the menu lights are... off. The place is so dark, I feel unsafe& unwanted. Read more
I went through the drive thru and the lady who took my order made a mistake on my order. Instead of offering to fix it she had a... attitude and said well you want to keep it you paid for it. I'm like so what now I have to pay twice. Then she says go to thefront. I ended up going inside like you didn't refund me and charge me the correct cost of what I ordered.She continued to blameme like four times saying you need to confirm the order next time. I told her I told you twice what I wanted. I told her Iwanted breakfast. I want 2 number 26's and that is the loaded breakfast. Finally she walked away. I believe the woman whorefunded me and charged me correctly was a manager she was nice. The woman who was in the drive thru at 10:57am- 11:00am12/3/2021 has a attitude problem. The people seemed nice and drive thru was quick. The new loaded regular fries felt like a big rip off. The old loaded curly... fries were way better, other than that its Jack in the box (cant expect much). Great for lazy night munchies. Read more
