Seriously there is something wrong with this jack in the box. Its 3:22pm on a monday afternoon and yet their dining is locked... while the drive thrus is running. This might be the worst jack I've ever had the displeasure of going to. The first time I went the kids that work there were... fighting to see who would take my order. I was standing there with my two daughters watching two teenagers fight to see whowould take my order. It was insulting. The second time I went was 11:30am on a Sunday drive thru. They weren't taking ordersbecause the staff was taking their lunch break. They told me they were on their lunch break and to come back in 20 minutes whenthe staff finished their lunch break. I have never in my life been told by a fast food drive thru that they were closed forlunch break. So I drove away. This is the worst jack I have ever had the displeasure of going to. Read more
It was 10:15 pm my wife and I decided to grab some snacks and decided to drive thru on this store. While stop at the menu screen... to order I noticed that no one was answering or trying to greet you. I looked and checked thru the window I saw two employeeshiding behind the counter and I wished I took a video of it. I don't know whats going on with them.
