This McDonald's constantly does not open on time making me late to work because I have to make a second trip to another... McDonald's every time they are not open on time. Opening at 6 AM does not mean you get ready at 6 it means thedoors/drivethrough are open at 6. I went there at 6:33 this morning and still closed. This is a weekly occurrance. Read more
I went inside since the drive thru line was so long. I waited 15 minutes for 2 large iced teas. The whole time I was there,... people were coming in saying that their drive-thru orders were wrong and incomplete. The staff paid no attention to peopleinside and we're obviously struggling to keep up with the drive thru. If you're in a hurry, avoid this place. Read more
I was very disappointed of the service that I received in the drive-thru. It seems like everyone working doesn't really care... about their job. Maybe because everyone is quite young and they feel like they don't actually need the job or who knows why, butit was just quite disappointing to see the lack of interest in the customers. ???????? The place is really neat and cute inside. They have a childrens play area but it wasnt open. I do feel they need to hire more... people because there was only one register available and we waited a bit. Other than that the food was good and warm. Read more
I've been going here for about 20 years. My dad used to take us as kids every other Thursday for dinner and we'd play in the... play place. It's a typical McDonald's nothing special or bad about it. I haven't been in the play area in probably 15 years socan't talk about that, but the drive thru is usually pretty fast. Read more
It was funny the guy at the drive-thru taking the order sounded like he was bored out of his mind. You signed up for the job and... the amount that you're getting paid for you could at least make us sound like you're not about to fall asleep. Then his buddythat was handing out the food sounded the same way. A picture is worth a thousand words. This is the lunch rush, and this is what we saw at the front counter. This should tell... you everything about how bad the service was going to be. But what I and my family had not planned for was to wait over 10minutes just to place an order and only one (repeat one) group in front of us. They took so long we walked out and went to thenext closest MCDonalds. Why go inside? We only wanted drinks, and the drive through line was wrapping around the parkinglot. Muy mal. Read more
Been waiting over cashier more than 5 minutes and no employee show up to help, have to place the order myself at the kiosk, and... when my order was ready, some of the employee just call my number and leave my order on the counter without asking if I need anysauce at all. Disappointing. Read more
