Horrible food. The cook took the fries from the tray and put them back in the basket to re-fry and topped them off with other... fries from a brown bag left in a cabinet not refridgerated and I asked why and he said they were trash then gave the two coloredfries on light and one dark burnt to a customer. Horrible that people put up with this type of quality food. They need thehealth department to inspect their food cooking practices. Read more

Food came quick and was tasty! Staff were friendly and helpful. Only issue was the tables were pretty filthy. I think it just... comes down to being understaffed. I wish they had a drive thru!! Also, parking spots are all compact lol Read more

What a disappointment. This used to be pretty good for fast food. Have enjoyed the Habit since my days living in Santa... Barbara. They have changed menu items e.g. salads no more malts. They over cooked the sweet potato fries and onion rings. The hamurger bun was stale and the burger was almost cold like they warmed up a pre-cooked burger briefly on the grill. When wearrived the tables were dirty and it was like pulling teeth to get an employee to wipe it down. ???? SAD!!!! Read more

I am usually a huge fan of The Habit but I am a little disappointed right now. I mainly gave the two stars because the staff was... nice and quick to help me. I don't know if its just this location or if it's all locations but I feel like lately they've beenjipping on their ceaser salad. I ordered the full size ceaser (not the side one which I know they have) and in the past theyused to completely fill it up like it should be. This looks more like just a couple handfuls of lettuce and it doesn't evencompletely fill up the to go container. My onion rings were also kinda cold but everything else was fine. Kind of hard to tellfrom the picture but this is the best I could get for it. Haven't even eaten a bite of it yet. Read more
