I went to this place on a Saturday night and I have to say the service was not the best at all. I sat down and behind me by... about ten minutes a party of 10 sat down. That table was served drinks before I was, their food was served, and they paid andleft before my main course was even served. The meat I was brought was over cooked, I guess they don’t know what medium rareis supposed to look like, and I was basically feed a piece of meat that looked well done. Super tough to eat, the beer was good,and that’s only because they don’t make it. Over priced and not really the type of place for a steak I would recommend.Service was slow, unless you’re a party of ten, and the manger after I complained brought me another piece of meat, and thatone looked worse than the first one. Came here for a big family lunch. The service was great, cocktails were delicious, lunch combos were affordable and tasty. All... in all a good meal with friends and family. I also appreciate them taking a larger party on semi-short notice. Read more
This is your standard steakhouse with all the fixings. Our range of dishes included a tri-tip salad, tri-tip sandwich, grilled... salmon, and BBQ chicken w/sauce on the side. All we're cooked to order and served hot. Portions are a bit on the bigger side,but may suit your needs if you arrive with a hearty appetite and you don't fill up on the bread. I believe the last time I was at a Woodranch was over 7 years ago. I just remembered going here for my birthday at another City,... and remembered their TRI-TIP being amazing. After so long it is still amazing. I ended up eating here celebrating my dad'sbirthday, and getting togo twice before I could get out a review. So I will be writing on both the dining experience and thetogo experience. This by the way is during post Covid. Dining In Anyone that is planning to eat here they do take your name andyour phone number so you can feel free to walk around the Chino shops until they text you that your table is ready. Tables seemsspaced a good amount apart from each other, and the time we went we did have a nice server. She recommended popular items andmade it easier to order for the family. Togo I completely didn't know that they had a togo section of the restaurant through adifferent entrance. They even have a step on the bottom of the door to open the door without your hands. There is also a 10 minparking area for anyone picking up, making it super easy to find parking and getting your order. I do have to mention that youdo need to ask for utensils or other things like napkins if you want them. They also accept Apple Pay for anyone that waswondering. Food Both dining in and togo we seemed to have ordered almost the same food. I'll list the food that we havegotten: Kids Sliders with Fries - These burgers were perfect size for my kid, and the fries were amazing. I believe friestasted sorta like McDonald's fries, but with them actually being fresh, and being able to see the skin on them as well Kids BBQPork Ribs with Fries - Fries are the same, so good, but I would say the Ribs were a bit on the dryer side. I don't ever recall visiting this chain before. First, I'd like to say the food is absolutely fantastic. If I had to base my... rating solely on the food, I'd give "5 stars" without hesitation. We had a party of 9 to celebrate my daughter-in-law'sbirthday. They did not take reservations but told my son that if they wanted to be seated at a particular time, they needed tocome in at least an hour prior to that time and hope for the best. They also have a 2.5 hour time limit on visits as well. Well,they came in early and were able to get our table at 3:30 as intended. We were all seated and served beverages immediately. Theserver was very nice. She was a very tall girl with brown hair (I did not ask for her name. I apologize). Though she was verynice, she did the bare-bones minimum to get us served and outta there. After taking our orders, she was not seen again until ourfood was brought out. I sat there hoping she would return to refill drinks or something. Had to ask for a refill after my foodwas served. After she made sure we had what we all needed, she disappeared again. I went to the restroom. While walking back tomy table, I had a clear view in to the kitchen area and noticed a group of staff (including our server) having a little powwowwith each other. I found this very irritating and wondered if there was an actual manager working that day allowing thisnonsense to happen. After we paid our check we forgot to ask the server for a take home box for leftovers. Well, that obviouslywasn't gonna happen. She disappeared again. I just got fed up and asked the host if he could get one for me. He literally ranback to the kitchen and ran back again with it. Kudos to him. Now, that's service. He was a short skinny Hispanic gentleman.Shout-out to him. Personally, we will not be returning to this location.
