Great staff but understaffed. Our online order was made at the counter after waiting for 3 customer sets. The space is nice... except the ceiling was not replaced - filthy registers, old ceiling tiles, yellow old lighting. Three split systems wereinstalled instead of fixing the building hvac. This subway is the best. The lovely ladies are always so nice and make the best sandwiches. I always have the best experience... aside from today but I?m not going to let the scaled rating effect that too much. As I said the ladies are always wonderful soI?m here to give them credit. But there was a young man working today @ 1:45pm (12/10/21) who greeted me when I walked in but Iunfortunately did not hear him between other customers talking and being hard of hearing. Once I got to the pick up station(which is right next to the counter) where I heard him huff loudly as he turned around and say, ?I?m really gonna have to getuse to rude customers not saying hello back, I?m really gonna have to get use to that. ?... so as I was making my drink Iturned back to him and said I?m sorry I didn?t hear you buddy when I first walked in but I deff heard what you just said behindthat counter. We all have those days, but you don?t take that out on the customer. I hope my review can spark some training forhim. If it wasn?t for the super nice ladies working there this would be my last visit. Pros: Hot water in bathroom and very clean They open at 8 am . Cons: Employee making the sandwiches has bad attitude. She slim... and black . Doesn't seem to like her job. Got upset with me because her handle broke on the sandwich table . If you don't wannawork and don't have any customer service skills . GO HOME ! Read more
