We?ve lived in EC for years, but just discovered this restaurant a few weeks ago. My daughter & I stopped in for lunch before... the Pure Water Days Parade. Our server was a woman (middle aged) with short dark hair that was a little curly. She was wonderfuland the food was great. I shared my experience immediately with a bunch of friends that live locally and I was excited to goback. We went back on the 27th for lunch again. Unfortunately, this time our experience was awful. Our server was a youngerwoman with orange/red curly hair. To be quite honest, she made me want to leave before the food even came. She made me feel likewe were just an inconvenience, like she?s annoyed she had to wait on us. Which I?m honestly not sure why. I understand everyonehas a bad day, but because I was a server for many years, I?m always overly polite to wait staff. My daughter wasn?t causing anykind of commotion, she sat well and colored the whole time. She set our pizza down on the table across from us, and I simplyasked if we could then move the table closer to ours so we don?t need to get up and get our food every time. She rolled her eyesand didn?t say anything, just pushed it closer and left. She walked past us many times not asking how the food was or refillingmy drink, but she had plenty of time to chat and laugh with people at the bar. I just wanted to leave, but it took forever toreceive our bill too. Really disappointed that we spent $45 on such a poor experience. We may give it one more try beforewriting it off completely, because as I said, sometimes it?s just a bad day. We were craving pizza and decided to look up the best pizza places in Chippewa Falls. We were hopeful and excited to try it... based on the reviews. We sit down and get horrible service from our waitress Bethany. We order our pizza and it was by far theworst pizza I ever had. It was extremely tasteless, barely any sauce and cheese. I could make a better pizza in my sleep. Iwould not recommend this place. Bethany slapped our receipt on the table and didn?t say a word. Very Disappointed. Read more
