I ordered online and waited and I called when it went past the estimated delivery time. I asked them where my order was and they... said that they left it in the breakroom at my job, but you can't get into the building without an employee keycard. I actuallyleft my phone number and email so I'll know when it gets delivered. They just left it outside of the main door without a text oremail from Jimmy John's notifying me that my order had arrived. New delivery route won't go a mere 3 miles out - it's not that it's a far drive, but, a nearing-twenty dollar sub is about what... used to be convenience, not that it's some gourmet worth-the-drive food. Pro-tip, if you're short on drivers? Try paying morethan the legal minimum. The foods fine, it's a chain, tastes the same as the rest. Read more
Sandwiches were okay but arrived more than an hour after app said ?out for delivery? which is definitely not ?freaky fast?. When... Ordered pick up. Followed instructions to a T. Saw them using gloves while preparing food as I pulled up. You?d be surprised how... many people don?t wear gloves or forget to. I ordered a BLT add onion with no tomato, jalapeño chips, a pickle & a Diet Coke.The only thing I was surprised by was the sandwich is cold. That?s how it?s meant to be & it wasn?t any less delicious though.Store was clean, food was prompt, & staff were friendly.
