I ordered online and waited and I called when it went past the estimated delivery time. I asked them where my order was and they... said that they left it in the breakroom at my job, but you can't get into the building without an employee keycard. I actuallyleft my phone number and email so I'll know when it gets delivered. They just left it outside of the main door without a text oremail from Jimmy John's notifying me that my order had arrived. New delivery route won't go a mere 3 miles out - it's not that it's a far drive, but, a nearing-twenty dollar sub is about what... used to be convenience, not that it's some gourmet worth-the-drive food. Pro-tip, if you're short on drivers? Try paying morethan the legal minimum. The foods fine, it's a chain, tastes the same as the rest. Read more
Sandwiches were okay but arrived more than an hour after app said ?out for delivery? which is definitely not ?freaky fast?. When... I called they said sandwiches had just left even though it had been 45 minutes since app said they were out. Person on phone wasrude and it all doesn?t really add up. Read more
Ordered pick up. Followed instructions to a T. Saw them using gloves while preparing food as I pulled up. You?d be surprised how... many people don?t wear gloves or forget to. I ordered a BLT add onion with no tomato, jalapeño chips, a pickle & a Diet Coke.The only thing I was surprised by was the sandwich is cold. That?s how it?s meant to be & it wasn?t any less delicious though.Store was clean, food was prompt, & staff were friendly. I asked for a little extra Mayo and lettuce, because they normally don?t put nearly enough on the sandwich. Got my sandwich and... it was way to much extra Mayo and lettuce. I couldn?t eat my sandwich it was so disgusting. And they won?t do anything aboutsince ?that?s what I ordered? Read more
Not a lot options for a quick bite in Chippewa. Thank Goodness there?s a Jimmy John?s. The place is as packed, but they aren?t... kidding around when they say ?freaky fast?. Card reader was down, but thankfully they had Apple Pay??. Subs weren?t bad. Read more
We ordered our food at about five o clock. We were waiting a while and were wondering if our food wasn't coming. Our sandwiches... got to our house about an hour after we ordered, so about 6 o clock. The sandwiches were tasty and good, but the wait took awhile. I recommend this place if you want cheap snadwiches, just know that they might take a while to deliver on busy nights. Read more
I love Jimmy Johns but the $6 delivery charge at the Chippewa Location is too much and that doesn't even go to the driver toward... a tip so a tip is expected on top of that. Read more
