If this was my first time going here I would never go back again. The chips were old and stale, you had to play pictionary with... the waiter and point to the menu of what you wanted and 2 out of 3 orders he got wrong. This was the first time in a very long time that I been back to Don Julio's. My last few experiences there were so bad I said... never again. Long story short, my son wanted to go for his birthday. It was a much better experience thus time around. Food andservice was so much better. I will definitely keep my mind open for food there again sooner. Read more

It's one of my wife's favorite restaurants. Our most recent visit was on Valentine's day 2022. She ordered the ultimate nachos... but without most of the stuff on there, so basically just nachos with chicken, lettuce and the queso. I decided to try theparrillada(but just for one). I loved how mine looked and the quantity. We both dug in. Half way through, my wife found a hairin her nachos. We checked to confirm that it wasn't one of ours before we brought it to their attention. They immediatelyswapped it out. Read more

UPDATE: 2-16-21 We were without power & ordered take-out and wanted to use our Entertainment coupon (good on take-out only) for... 20% off. The manager (owner's son) wouldn't accept our digital coupon, insisted we give a paper one from the book, but we ONLYhave the app version, we don't get the book. He was familiar with app coupons in general, but said he'd need the paper one tocall in to Entertainment - why?? There's a code that expires in 15 min once you hit 'redeem' so it's not like I can use itagain. I had already hit that code so it was use it now or never for me. I suggested doing whatever register thing they do forthe paper one, they had a code on my phone - no. I asked for the person who handles advertising or the owner - no. I was beingreasonable, but he would rather toss the food than sell it to me with that coupon. Seriously, the tip would have been more thanthe discount. The POINT of advertising is to get people in to your restaurant. Once they get there, get their money! He wasmore concerned with a faulty procedure than customer service. We left without the food and I'm sorry to update this review -but maybe they'll change before turning off more customers. 1-12-21: Our new favorite Mexican restaurant!
