We stopped in for dinner around 5pm on a Sunday as we were passing through. It wasn't packed but service was inattentive and... slow. It just seemed like if you weren't a local, you didn't matter, since the bartender were busy having conversations andserving people they knew. We waited nearly 40 minutes for food and in that time were asked once if we wanted a second drinkwhile we waited. Never given an update as to why our food took so long. However, when our food did come out it was fresh andhot. The broasted chicken was deep fried, so I'm not exactly sure what their definition of broasted is, but it was good. This a great place to go for food and drinks. I been there many times with a thumbs up on the food and service. Tonight may have... been an off night. We ordered the Ribs to go. Normally they are fantastic. But being our order was to go, I think we got thetail end ribs. Or dumped off on. They were dried out and over cooked. The two of us could only eat half of our order. So my takeis look at your to go ribs before you take them out . I would never have paid for them if I did. Normally they arefantastic. Not sure I?d try this again. Very disappointed. Nice local bar, a little more sophisticated than their competitor. The staff is a bit more friendlier and the locals have more... respect for one another. My wife and I have actually made acquaintances here. If you're looking for a bite while you're here, Irecommend their deep fried tacos. Read more
