Typical fast food. They are usually out of something. Last time the credit card machine wasn't working. Food is usually cold,... don't care for the fries. Also last time the girl at the window wasn't wearing a hay or gloves and was scooping the fries andputting them in the bags while handling cash, the register, etc. Gross. Read more

I give this little restaurant a lot of credit. It is on or owned and doesn't really get any help from Burger King at all yet.... The food that comes out of there is quality and the people that are staffing there that manage it are awesome. Wish I could give negative stars. Today's experience will be my last at this Burger King. Ordered $36.45 worth of food at it was... completely wrong, cold and inedible. Arrived to this location at 9 pm to find their lobby locked (sign said open until 10 pm butwhatever). Ordered milkshake and was told they had their shake machine removed, when I pulled up to get my family's order theyoung kid (male) at the window was cleaning their "removed" shake machine... so apparently they decided to close it down earlyand lie, whatever. The same kid then goes and handles our very poorly barely wrapped food with no gloves on, hands freshlysoaked in whatever cleaning chemical they use. It didn't seem like he touched the actual food so again I said, whatever. Wereceive our order in which was supposed to be two 8 piece nuggets. Now, generally I wouldn't complain about extra food but thesewere cold, undercooked, old nuggets. About 20 of them had been shoved in one small box. All of our sandwiches were cold, lookedlike the had been sat on and missing ingredients of some kind. So my husband goes up to the window to ask to speak to themanager Kate , this girl has the audacity to tell to her coworker "I gave them 20 F'ing nuggets, I don't have time for thissh*t". Now at this point I loose it. I have worked customer service my whole life, including management and would NEVER allowmyself or any of my teammates to treat customers this way! The poor excuse of a manager doesn't apologize at all but did give usa refund because well, I lost my cool, big time. Kate should be out of a job and that entire night crew should be re-trained.Not for nothing my husband ran multiple burger king and McDonald locations when minimum wage was $3 and some odd cents and didit with dignity and heart. Now, same these jobs are paying $14+ and quite frankly the work ethic of this manager and her nightcrew that work at this location aren't worth any fraction of what they're getting paid. Stopped for breakfast in the drive thru. Had a small mishap with my sandwich so I went into the restaurant. Madison was very... professional. She took care of the problem quickly and efficiently and explained what happened. My sandwich was exchanged. Shewas friendly and courteous. I was very pleased and will come back! Read more

This Burger King is pretty good. Good service, get the order right and are helpful with accommodations. I think the new jalapeno... spicy chicken sandwich is fantastic and the fries at this location were great too. Only complaint is that the service on thespicy sandwiches is slow, because I guess they don't have much desire for them so they have to make them when you orderthem. As a rule, I think Burger King has some issues with their coupon receipt offer. They should do it like Subway where thedeal is you get something small free when you buy a sandwich. Rather than the other way around. Am not convinced it's a gooddeal. Read more

So what we have experienced almost 50% of the time we have gone to this bk is our order comes out wrong. Either we get different... things that we didnt order or we don't get our order the way we asked it to be made. Tonight my wife ordered me a bacon kingwhen I opened the bag it was a double bacon cheeseburger wrapped in a Whopper Jr wrapper lol. The bacon king is on the left andmy daughter's cheese burger is on the right. My wife asked for cheese and no onion on her Whopper Jr, she didn't get cheese butshe did get onions. So yeah.....
