I had a review in here about my tea being perfect. WELL! I made the horrible mistake of thinking that meant I should go back! I... went back on 10-10-22. I learned my lesson. I said to the girl when I paid, "Ask them not to make my tea until I get to thewindow please. So I can tell them what I want." She said, "OK." I sat in my car, trapped between the guy in front of me with a$30 some dollar order and the car behind me for 15 freaking minutes. Did they have the guy pull up? NO! Why??? I get to thewindow. They are laughing and dancing around. Just having a grand old time. She is putting a lid on a tea. I'm thinking that hadbetter not be mine. It was. I said you were not supposed to make that until I asked you. She says, "What?" I just said give memy money back. I was so thirsty by this point. And furious. I WILL NEVER GO BACK TO THIS BOJ. EVER. Every other Boj I've been tois nice, polite and tries to be accommodating. NOT this one. Oh, and when I got my money back? Guy just slams his hand out ofthe window with the dollar in it. Young girl with nasty attitude working window. Giving wrong sizes then ignoring for 3 minutes and coming back with a Can I help... you? You sure can, give me what I paid for. She even walked off the window mouthing off and another employee fixed her mistakes.No respect for customers and store has been 7a-7p with service stopping at 630p on most days. Never again. They didn't have fries and wouldn't really even speak to us once we got to the window. Someone who didn't have... gloves on dug in his head before touching our food. We ordered 4 pc Supremes and only got 3. Now I see why this store onlyattracts neg attention. Read more
My family and I were passing through the area and stopped for dinner. It was about 6:40 (20 minutes before closing) and the... dining room was already locked. Because we were towing a large camper, we could not go through the drive thru. As we started toleave the manager came out and invited us in (to take food to go). They could have ignored us but he was nice enough tounderstand our dilemma and accommodate our dinner. Thank you!! Read more
This Bojangles is a five-star restaurant when it's open. But you better call ahead and make sure they're open. Their hours are... supposed to be 10:00 p.m and 11:00 p.m. on weekends but here lately they having closing early due to staff issues. Read more
So friendly & everytime I get cheddar bo they are fresh & hot. Best Bojangles around & I do travel a lot
