If I could I would give them a 0. We ordered our food and we get home and my husband is missing his #2 and I call 100 times and... my husband called so many times and still no answer. I did not order extra pickles, I did order extra sauce. There was very little on the bun and the meat was cold. Braums is... getting just as bad as all the other fast food for quality. I have no problem waiting a few minutes for fresh of the grillburgers. You won't get it here anymore. This isn't the first time the food was not fresh. Read more
Someone please teach this location how to read the order screen and how to make burritos! This location never makes them... correctly. We try them again occasionally because every food preparer is different in hopes that someone will eventually betrained to make them correctly. Nope! I have been trying them off and on for years!
