Slowest place I have ever been! Over 30 mins in the drive thru with three cars in front of me. Finally came to speaker. Car... that was in front of me waiting at window hadn?t even ordered yet. She got tired of waiting for intercom and pulled up. She satat window for over 10 minutes before they helped her and that was after taking my order. If I hadn?t been trapped in the drivethru I would have left way before I was helped. Read more
This is the worst place ever got both our pizzas wrong and we ordered in advance and came to pick it up and it wasn't ready and... they have really bad customer service will never come back her again. Read more
Best looking lil Caesars pizza I have ever had made and I've been having little Caesars for 30+ years and worked at 3 stores... when I was younger and know the place through and through. Great crust excellent pizza making this guy needs to enter contest orat least make pizza for commercials seriously check it out. I had an online order that I placed at 8:45pm and then I was sent an email at 9:12pm saying my food was ready, i arrived on site... at 9:14pm and waited in the drive thru window where NO BODY addressed me until 9:25pm and then was told the wings were not readyand i then waited in the parking lot until 9:35pm. Came to get some pizzas tonight I tried calling around 9:34 and they had answered and hung up on me, I drove all the way here... and made it here at 9:45 and the girl was so rude, asked if I could have a pepperoni and hula Hawaiian pizza and she was realrude and stated it?s not hot and ready and that my bf and I had to choose something else. We had asked what pizzas they hadready, you can tell she was irritated and spoke fast when telling us what pizzas were available and I had ask if she couldrepeat the options again and she sighed and had gotten upset and was a little hostile. Came in tonight and had the worse experience! I walked to the counter where I stood and waited for someone to help me. I asked... for a pineapple with pepperoni and was rudely told that that was not what they had hot and ready. Then I proceeded to asked whatall is available, she told me what she had so fast I couldn?t even understand her. So I had to ask what were the options again,she then got very frustrated and I asked if everything was okay. Unfortunately she was very rude and asked me the same thingback to me very aggressive! Explain why, when I am the only car in the drive thru, I still have to sit there for several minutes before anyone acknowledges... me? This happens every. single. time. Seriously, imagine going up to any other drive thru and having to sit 3, 4, 5 minuteswithout being asked what you want. You would likely drive away. They can also only help one person at a time. Drive up. Placeorder. Drive to next window. Pay/get pizza, wait for them to drive off, THEN ask the next person in line for their order.
