Incredibly rude, waited over 20 minutes for my food. Several people came and left while I was waiting. I then called again... checking on my order and the woman was so rude. I wish I got the ladies name who was working tonight. She was working so hard and never lost her smile. She was slammed, but... kept up and was more than polite. We have been sitting in the drive thru for over 40 minutes and all we ordered was 3 drinks. Staff is too busy cleaning the... floors so they can get out early. The sign on the drive thru menu says closing early (at 9). Absolutely ridiculous. Seems toalways be some issue at this store. Not the first time this has happened. Read more
Never fails, nothing is ever correct. I wouldn?t care about the 35 minute wait for a sandwich if it came out correctly but it... never does. When someone orders an almost $10 double super sonic bacon burger & gets a $7 double super with nothing that youasked for on it & everything that you don?t want included, they act like nothing happened. I started out at McDonald's to order a burger for myself never got helped drove to Sonic to get what my friend wanted went back... to McDonald's to get the burger I usually eat had horrible service ended up getting nothing drove back to Sonic and the girlswere wonderful. They gave us hot fresh meat both orders without asking. The second time when I went back to Sonic the placemyself in order Plus hamburger patties for my dog they got everything right plus one out of their way to package the hamburgerpatties a special way to keep them warm. So I got myself a hamburger and two patties for my dog for the same price McDonald'swas going to charge me for their cheapest Burger. The lady at the window that took my order and packaged everything up was verykind and very friendly. I asked her name and she told me and said she was the manager. The best manager that I have ever had isthere a drive-thru window. I have lived in my area for 20 years. The 20 years I have never had service like I had from themanager at Sonic both times we went and she knew nothing about what was going on in McDonald's. I go here often almost daily. the food and service has declined in the past couple of months. I paid for my order and the kid... working in the window actually asked if I wanted my change and receipt. Really of course I want my change. They've been known tokeep my change before I guess they thought they could just ignore it and not mention to me and I'd forget. Was looking forward to it because we don?t have it in our state. Came to the drive in as the only car. Waited for 30 minutes for... a fry, onion rings and burger. Two other cars after us got their food before us. Was disappointed and went to check. Saw about 4more people, one sitting on the floor. I said I just wanted my money if it?s not ready yet.
