I always have roast beef provolone with marinara sauce on it. The store is notorious for not pulling the marinara sauce out... until 9:00 or 10:00 am. . So to try to work around that, I did not show up at the store until 9:00 to 9:30. The chick making thesandwiches tells me that she's been busy and they have no marinara sauce and she can't pull it out right now. The whole reason Istopped at this damn store is to get a sandwich Subway sandwich with marinara sauce. I'm about to quit going here Read more

If a store wants to be open for 24hours, it cannot have employees who all take their 1hr lunch break at the same time. Walking... in and standing around for 15 minutes wondering where the employees are, just to be told by a Love's employee that they're allon break and it would be another 40 minutes before they come back, is a waste of time. It's an additional waste of time thatthose very same employees were sitting/standing right outside the door and could have easily mentioned something to me as Ientered or after seeing me go up to the counter to order. I figured they were just some of the employees on break. I didn'tfigure that the store would be "open" with every employee on lunch break at the same time, and for >30 minutes. Normally duringlunch break times there SHOULD be at least 1 employee keeping the business running during that time. The food has otherwisenormally been fine. Bread is sometimes stale, but that's a result of upper management policies. (Stores that don't have as manysales are still treated similarly in policies to ones that have more sales in the same district. The more bread is made, themore that "has to be sold" so long as it's before the expiration date. That results in people constantly getting bread that wasmade in previous days to the day they bought it, because the employees are scrambling to get the bread sold before it expires, while at the same time having to make new bread that won't be sold until it's nearly expired as well. Bread was horrible. Hard and not fresh at all. Not sure if they overcooked or if it's day old bread. I wouldn't go here unless... they commit to better sandwiches and better bread. Subway is so inconsistent. Read more

Service was fine, but the bread on my sub was crusty like it was a few days old at least. Low quality food even for subway.

Disgusting unorganized! I Ordered a salad and they had me wait a long time because they couldn?t find any salad containers.... Finally they came out and dumped the salads inside of a to go box it looked absolutely disgusting like it was made for a dog. Iwasn?t advised before they dumped it or anything so I got a refund. I am giving the food 2 stars but did not have a good experience. Cheyenne made a few comments when I walked up to the counter,... she was upset that I interrupted her prep work. I also found 2 small pieces of tinfoil on my bread. I will not be back. Read more
