Ordered my food. Waited about 15 minutes for it to arrive. Realized they didn't give me all of my order. Hit the button to tell... them and they never responded. They literally just cleared it about five times. Got out of my vehicle and went to the patioarea. Hit the button amd they answered immediately. I explained they didn't give me all of my order. They checked the receipt,went back inside and brought out the rest of the order as well as apologize. I don't eat sonic but my dad wanted a burger fromthere. Read more
Love the food is always freshly made to order
Their app was down so I couldn't order through it. Drive in service was quicker than I expected, but I didn't get half price... drinks because it's only for the app feature. Read more
2nd day in a roll where I literally set for 16 minutes for a route 44 drink and a corndog. That?s not acceptable
Onion rings were burnt. We were told by management that they no longer make fresh cut onion rings & that they come frozen now... via truck & that's how they turn out. The manger was kind enough to remake another set which turned out perfect in my opinion &gave us a free order of tots in case we didn't like them. The burger was great, chicken sandwich was great. It's a Sunday morning, you'd think service would be slow and bad. At sonic, this is definitely not the case. I went to the one... in Pryor with my dad, excellent service answered and took our order. The one that brought it out even apologized for being acouple of minutes past when they said it would be ready! Absolutely a great place to go if you are out and about. If you'relooking for an amazing drink, I recommend the cherry limeade. Read more
