I went at 11:30 on a Friday (today) in drive thru a cook peeked and said they were closed but they still had their drive thru... window cracked open. They need to fix those hours posted and shut down menu signs if it?s ?closed?. Read more

My bf and I are traveling across the country and stopping at this BK is by far one of the worst experiences I?ve ever... encountered in all of the BK?s across the U.S. I?ve ever stopped at. I ordered 2 bacon egg cheese croissan?wich and 2 sausageegg cheese croissan?wich with 2 orange juices. First this place wasn?t even busy but this poorly managed BK was ALL disarray!!!The kids working under the manager (Rosie) had NO LEADERSHIP and every order was getting messed up. I waited nearly 10 minutesbefore they even bothered to take my order. Then waited another 25 minutes and still didn?t have my order. Secondly and this wasa big one, the manager (Rosie) wasn?t even wearing gloves while handling food. I witnessed her touching cooking appliances, thenwith bare hands she was handling meat patties, lettuce, onion etc. after I got tired of waiting and watching the very unsanitaryfood practices I decided I wanted a refund. I confronted the manger about handling food without gloves and she stated that shewashes her hands frequently - DOES NOT MATTER plus the entire time I was there I not once saw her wash her hands before touchinganything - THAT IS CROSS CONTAMINATION! The general manager of store #28543 needs to get this place in compliance with foodsafety and a manager that knows how to delegate work to employees and have the ability to run a high traffic store smoothly.This was such a poor experience I?m glad it was just a one time stop as we were passing through. I wouldn?t give this place even1 star nor would I ever return unless this has a complete turn around in management and food safety practices. Read more

My mother is hearing impaired, whoever was working the drive thru was highly unprofessional & extremely rude to my mother.... Asking her 3 times to go back to the machine to order, when she stated she was deaf she was asked again. She eventually justleft without ordering. I called to speak to the manager & just got a rude, unprofessional guy who raised his voice at me.. Ieventually hung up after he said the general manager would be there in the morning. If I could give this place a negative star Iwould. Read more

-1 star. The hours say 12am but everytime I go after 9:30 Pm they are either "out of meat" or "closed". Absolutely embarrassing... for a company to conduct business this way. Btw I am a former employee that was hired "full time" but never got more than18hrs. Manager refused to give more hours, and I've even offered to come back to help but they have said no because "I left themfor another job". They were full staffed when I started and half the staff quit after new manager stepped in. Miss my coworkersbut not the condition of this place.....good company bad location. Read more

If I could give negative stars I would. I come to the chowchilla Burger King often and every time they are completely rude. They... make every car in drive thru park so they can falsify there wait times, even when there are no other cars in line . Terrible. Every soft drink flavor was watered down. I ordered the tv advertised $5 Jr. Wopper chicken nuggets fries & drink,... however their price was $6. They were short of help and had to wait for about 10 minutes to order. The whole meal was slappedtogether and the experience was just horrible. Read more

I think people don?t understand how a fast food place of this size works. They aren?t mcdonald?s they don?t have lots of workers... and pre pared food. At most i?ve seen 3 workers at a time. One taking orders, one cooking, and one expediting. This doesn?tcount the times two people work. People want their food right away and if that is the case get a refund and go somewhere else.These people are overworked and try their hardest. Nothing but great service, if you?re rude to them don?t expect to have thesame attitude back. They cook by ORDER so you don?t have old food when it is done hence the parking you. Others would muchrather complain if it was cold and hard so I have nothing by respect for these workers. Read more
