It's a brand new panda location and it's super nice. We used the drive thru and was very fast service.
Twice I have gotten wrong order. It is clearly stated in my receipt I live in the country so returning is not an option
I Went to get panda in chowchilla tonight for dinner for my family. When I pulled to the window the lady was rude and closed the... window on me when I asked her how much change It was. When she gave me my change she threw it at me making it drop on the floorbetween the window and my car. I was waiting for my food when a male employee leaned out the drive thru window and knocked on mycar window to tell me to park in the front. I called to complain and was hung up on. I was forced to park so they could maketheir times look good, and still had to wait 40 minutes for my food. What a joke . It?s 91 degrees outside and I had kids in mycar. Read more
They made a mistake on my order and didn't want to refund my card for the items I didn't order only wanted to give me store... credit for their store. I don't live in this area nor do I eat panda like that customer service could be better. I had them voidthe complete transaction and went to the McDonald's who were extremely fast and fresh.
