Waited in drive thru line for over 20 minutes and not sure why. 4 people and a manager where working the front counter that was... dead, but food was slow as anything. After waiting all that time..... My curly fries where cold. Manager did take care ofit right away and upped it to a large. That was nice, but still....why the wait and cold fries??? Read more
I was having such a bad & stressful day but then Went thru the drive thru today 7/30/22 & I ordered the delicious classic beef N... cheddar combo! At the window I was greeted by a woman who said her name was Brittany. She was so nice to me; she was very easyto talk to & she gave me the sweetest compliment & really turned my whole entire day around. I left with a smile thanks to her.Oh & the food was quick, hot & ready. Thank you Brittany! & thank you Arbys! The beef and swiss sandwich was spot on however the buffalo chicken sandwich would have been better if it had not been drenched... in the hot sauce. Hot sauce is great but talk about overkill! My small coke was great but not $2.19 great. Could have gottena 2 liter of Coke at my local ShopRite. Read more
