The food is fine but they're slow and almost never able to make milkshakes when we've gone.
Asked for a meal. Got charged for a meal. Just got a sandwich. Seriously???? Guess the whole meal is optional for them to give... you. But it's not optional for me to pay. When you call they are rude. But please go here if you want missing and smashed food. Read more
There's this guy named maybe Matt or Mike that worked the drive through over the weekend while I was working doing deliveries... and let me tell you what, he was awesome! Very pleasant to work with! This Arby's has never disappointed with my personal useand from a gig worker perspective you have some of the quickest turnaround and I'm thankful for that! This is a brand new Arby's and when I walk into this business nobody greets me for 5 minutes. Then when they do they finally get... my order out my fries are cold there's no ketchup in the ketchup machine. I watch other people get in line and they're justtaking forever they obviously have either poor management or they need to hire some employees. Very poor experience from anyother Arby's I've ever been to. Actually worse experience than I have had at any restaurant. Read more

Today was my first time ever going in there I never been in any Arby?s I was exiting going over there drove 20 minutes to get... the new popular meal the spicy sandwich Diablo they didn?t have it so I said let?s try the buffalo sandwich then she said thatthey have a regular sandwich then I said that?s fine I?ll take the regular buffalo sandwich and a side of mac & cheese and asmall Coke I went to the window she was super nice nothing happened I took my food I gave her my card and as I drove off Istopped in a parking lot to eat and I?m opening the bag normally I found the mac & cheese too cold to eat I can?t even taste theflavor you know I open the sandwich the chicken also was cold not sure what happened not sure if it?s just sat there and gotcold then they give it to the customer like that or the warming wasn?t on at least but that was my first time and it will be mylast because I expected something else but np hope they get better for others :) ??
