I came in looking for something not fast food and a bit different and I found that and so much more. I arrived at 1:30pm for... some lunch. The environment was pleasant, pop music playing at nice level, immaculate seating and tables, and the staffexceptionally welcoming. I ordered the Buffalo Chicken salad sandwich w/tomato and lettuce and made it a meal. The meal cameeither a drink (I got coke zero), a side of my choice, I got chicken tortilla soup, and to my surprise it came with a tinypackaged sugar cookie. After ordering I was given a cup to get my soda and a table marker. Almost as soon as I had finishedgetting my drink and finding a seat, my food was brought to me. The food was absolutely amazing. Tomatoes and lettuce were crispand fresh, the chicken salad beyond words. The soup was perfect temperature and tasty, and I always enjoy a sugar cookie.Overall I highly recommend them. Ordered online via the company?s own website. Order arrived - short 3 items, 1/2 the order. Called the location and spoke to... employee. Never had a contact # for driver, only a name: Christopher S. Employee on phone was unable to to correct thesituation and arrange for missing items to be delivered in, despite being offered the order #. Realized afterwards that the # Ireceived order delivery text updates to be an automated door dash hotline. Hey Chick Salad Chick? I ordered from your website,not door dash. This southern jewel started in Auburn, AL and has made its way to the New River Valley. Fresh food, not too heavy, and full of... flavor. The decor and seating is conducive to good conversation and the Strawberry Lemonade is fantastic. I took one star awaybecause I want a larger helping of chicken salad?all varieties! Very first time I have visited and my chicken salad had a large piece of chicken skin. So nasty to bite into. The broccoli... salad was really good. My husband had egg salad and he liked it. I might give them another chance but not anytime soon. Read more
This is a great idea. The food was fresh, and plenty of healthy options. The staff was very friendly and helpful, there are... not many franchises and so many customers needed help navigating the menu and order options. There is great flexibility to getthe food the way you want. The Watermelon Ice Tea was very refreshing. Outside seating options, tenting by table umbrellas. Very fast service. Only down side is that the croissant supplier needs to be switched out. The croissant should be more flakyand buttery. Read more
