Drove all the way across town. Stood in line ordered my food get to the register to pay all I had was a $20. Cashier says we?re... only taking exact change. No sign no warning just a waste of my time. Then she proceeded to look at me as if I was the problem.So, I guess they threw away my order because they don?t know how to manage a restaurant. Messed up my order (forgot guacamole) never bothered to try and make the situation better. Been going to Chipotle for 17 years.... Used to be big portions, now a man can eat two burritos and still be hungry. Either they are doing 4oz portions wrong orChipotle changed something. Like when you go to a store and you think you're buying a pint of ice cream but then later on yourealize it's actually half whipped air and only 10oz. That's how light the portions are here. This was our 1st visit to Ghipotle's. We were pleasantly surprise. We had a burrito bowl and it was more than enough for 2 old... folks, like us. It was very tasty. We will return again, God willing. Read more

No guacamole, no steak, and they just put my burrito into a bowl instead of a tortilla. All I was told was ?sorry?. Simple tasks... shouldn?t be that hard lol Read more

I had a mixed green/ brown rice steak bowl topped with tomato, mild salsa, sour cream & avocado. It was ?okay? for what it is,... it?s spicy but lacks flavor. Customer service was friendly enough. Not crazy about the paper straws that dissolve with everysip. Read more

Went to go get lunch before work 9/12/22, and I as well as another customer were told the register system was not working. These... things happen and I completely understand because life happens! We were told however that if we wanted we could place an onlineorder for our food. I placed my order and waited happily for my food. This mood turned into confusion quickly, as there was anew hire employee training on the register?.quite contradictory as to the events. After some time waiting and more peoplearriving in the store, we were informed that our online orders did not go through the system, but if we wanted we could gothrough the line and order our food again. (What I assume was their new hire finished her register training but I would bewrong). I would have gladly waited and reordered my food if the manager/supervisor on duty had actually acknowledged thecustomers in the building instead of ignoring us. Read more

Where is the meat, Chipotle? Ordered the new brisket online, waited too long for my food to appear on the delivery shelf only to... realize it is at the drive through. Literally 5 pieces of meat for $10. Too much hassle to come back to address the issue. Otherlocations in the area are much better. Read more
