Those 4 stars belong solely to the staff at this location. They were pleasant, patient, polite and just a treat. The missing... star is for the missing variety in food offerings. Hardee's is the same as taco bell, same ingredients in different order withnew names. Read more
This Hardies has been getting better. My guess is they are training a lot of new staff. Breakfast service has gotten faster, it... had been really slow. Dinner service can be hit or miss. If you catch someone on the takeout the food is mostly hot and freshtasting. You may sit at the drive up a long time waiting for service, if you can go inside. I've waited over 15 minutes beforegiving up. Inside is not always open. It is better than the other one in downtown Christiansburg on the same road. Decent food typical of the chain. It was SO SLOW! The staff were friendly and it seemed like they had plenty of people working.... It was a little busy; one person ahead of me in line and about six people waiting on their orders. My ticket time was over 15minutes just for 1 biscuit. This is consistently one of the slowest "fast food" places in town at any time of day. I only evergo to use 1 or 2 of the best coupons on the sheet that comes in the mail every 3 months. Read more
Sent a friend to pick up a dozen biscuits. I thought that was a simple task but they treated us as if we were a major... inconvenience and scoffed and huffed at. 40 min wait wouldn?t have bothered us had they had any professionalism.
