The food was good, but the staff on the other hand was very unprofessional ,one was on her cell phone while taking my order.... You'd think curbside would be quick and efficient - which is my preferred way to order through the app so I get my points.... However, at this location it never seems any quicker and I've totally watched cars make it through the drive thru quicker thanmy curbside order. (And we rarely ever get more than coffees and fries.) They need to improve in this area but their coffes arepretty great! They were also the only ones who weren't sold out of the adult happy meals the day they launched and that waspretty rad! Read more

McDonald?s store #7863 At 2385 Roanoke St Christian burg ,Va 24073 We were traveling from NC to Virginia To go to National... Bridge Park And on the way back to NC we stopped at this McDonald?s 8-20-2022 around 2:00 pm It was busy at the time , they evenhad lots of people showing up for job interviews. But the man at the register taking the orders was so AWESOME, AND FRIENDLY, Ididn?t get his name , but I over heard him Talking to someone that came in , he was saying he was on the school board for 27years I think. I get breakfast thier often. Even short on help they get me through the drive through quickly. Once they "lost" my order and... gave me no option but to drive through the line again. Every now and then my coffee and or sandwich is cold but this type ofdrive through service is the standard in Christiansburg VA these days. Overall they are average for the area. Read more
Traveling home after thanksgiving; we got our order very quickly despite the store being busy. My sandwich was wrong and I had... to take it back in but one of the (I assume) managers was very apologetic and helpful. Got it fixed for me real fast and evenoffered me extra fries for the trouble.
